A three-year starter on the Augustana (Ill.) offensive line, Mack Hay led the Vikings to a 23-7 record, a CCIW title and an appearance in the Division III Playoffs. A two-time First Team All-American and All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin selection, he paved the way for an offense that ranks second in the nation in rushing with an average of 337.8 yards per game. An Academic All-American, he was a regular member of the Dean’s List as a biology major. Hay earned his M.D. from the University of Illinois and completed a general surgery internship at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. After completing his residency at the University of Tennessee, he joined Tennova Healthcare in Jefferson City, Tenn. In 2014, Hay was inducted into the Augustana Tribe of Vikings Hall of Fame.
