A member of the Dean’s List every semester at Hastings College (Neb.), defensive back Scott Reynolds compiled a perfect 4.0 GPA in biology and served as president of ODK. A four-year starter, he was named team captain and twice-named All-Great Plains Athletic Conference. Reynolds graduated top of his class from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and went on to do an orthopedic residency at the University of Wisconsin, where he was selected Chief Resident and Resident of Year. He completed his fellowship training at The American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Ala., and assisted with the care of University of Alabama, Auburn University and Jackson State University athletes.

Reynolds is currently an orthopedic surgeon for OrthoWest in Omaha, Neb., and serves as an orthopedic consultant and team physician for the Omaha Stormchasers minor league baseball team and Omaha Lancers junior hockey team. He is also the medical director of sports medicine for Jennie Edmundson Hospital and a member of the Nebraska Orthopedic Hospital Sports Medicine Team. Reynolds is a voluntary orthopedic clinical instructor for the Clarkson Family Medicine residency program and the University of Nebraska Medical Center Physician Assistant program.
