A two-year team captain and conference leader in passing yards and total offense, quarterback Eric Fish holds Evansville (Ind.) school records for career total offense (7,025), passing yards (7,294), completions (619) and attempts (1,160). A three-time Academic All-Pioneer Football League selection, he compiled a 3.88 GPA as a pre-med student and made the Dean’s List every semester. Fish earned his M.D. from Indiana University and completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He joined the medical staff of Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Ind., in 2005 and founded Schneck OB/GYN in 2006.
