A co-captain of the 1995 Rensselear Polytechnic (N.Y.) football team, guard Alic Scott led the Engineers to an 8-2 record and the ECAC Northwest Championship, while helping the offense set school records for rushing yards (2,224) and passing yards (1,342). A three-year starter, he helped RPI set more than 20 offensive school records and led the Engineers to a 24-5 record and two ECAC championships. Boasting a perfect 4.0 GPA in chemical engineering, Scott was named an Academic All-American and made the Dean’s List every semester. In 2002, he was inducted into the RPI Athletics Hall of Fame.
