The Stanford team leader in receiving yards in 1993 (764) and 1994 (1,092), wide receiver Justin Armour ranks third in school history in single-game receiving yards (220) and career games of 100+ receiving yards (8) and fourth in single-season receiving yards (1,092), single-season games of 100+ receiving yards (5), career receiving yards (2,491) and career touchdown receptions (20). His team leading 67 receptions in 1994 rank 10th in school history, and he ranks eighth in career receptions (156). A First Team All-Pac-10 selection, Armour earned spots in the East-West Shrine Game and the Hula Bowl. A two-time Academic All-American, he compiled a 3.4 GPA in public policy. A member of the athletic department’s Captain’s Council, Armour helped organize the first Stanford youth Olympics, spoke to youth groups for Athletes in Action and worked with the Children Now child advocacy program.

He was selected in the fourth round (113th overall) of the 1995 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills and made a quick impact as a rookie, catching 26 passes for 300 yards and three touchdowns. Armour played one season with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1997 and helped the Denver Broncos to a Super Bowl title in the 1998 season. He enjoyed his finest year in the NFL in his final season in the league with the Baltimore Ravens, catching 37 passes for 538 yards and four touchdowns. Armour finished his career with 64 catches for 861 yards and seven touchdowns. He went on to become a head coach at Manitou Springs High School (Colo.), where he won a state championship as a player, and coached the Mustangs from 2010-12.

In 2011, Armour purchased a restaurant. With his mom as head chef, Crystal Park Cantina offers culinary creations inspired by the years their family lived in Mexico. Armour now serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Stride, an app that helps coaches and athletic administrators with communication, scheduling, and assessments.
