A two-year starter at Army, linebacker Eric Oliver was among the Cadets’ leading tacklers in 1993 and 1994. He ranked second in his class of 1,044 in overall General Order of Merit and eighth academically, earning Distinguished Cadet honors in three semesters. Oliver received his M.D. from Ohio State in 2004 before completing his internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2005 and 2009, respectively. After completing his fellowship at the University of Virginia in 2011, he joined the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center as an otolaryngologist. Oliver also serves as an assistant professor at the Wake Forest School of Medicine.
