William Donnalley

A four-year letterman and three-year starter at center for North Carolina, Rick Donnalley served as co-captain of the Tar Heels in 1980 and garnered Second Team All-America and First Team All-ACC honors. He helped UNC to a 32-13-2 record, two ACC titles and two bowl victories. A three-time Academic All-ACC selection, Donnalley compiled a 3.6 GPA and made the Dean’s List every semester.

He was selected in the third round (73rd overall) of the 1981 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Donnalley played two seasons each with the Steelers (1982-83), Redskins (1984-85) and Chiefs (1986-87), starting a possible 42-of-50 games with Washington and Kansas City. After his playing days, Donnalley spent two years as a financial analyst for Kimberly-Clark. In 1990, he joined KPMG and currently serves as the Southeast practice leader for Valuation Services at the company’s Atlanta office.
