A Second Team All-American and First Team All-WAC selection from Air Force, offensive lineman Dave Schreck led the Falcons to an 8-5 record and a 36-28 victory over Vanderbilt in the Hall of Fame Classic. Voted the Air Force Male Athlete of the Year, he was selected to play in the Hula Bowl. A First Team Academic All-WAC selection, Schreck compiled a 3.47 GPA in electrical engineering and made the Dean’s List five times.  He earned his master’s in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois in 1985 and spent 22 years in various positions with the U.S. Air Force. Since 2006, Schreck has worked his way up to his current post as senior director of marketing & strategy for Rockwell Collins, a pioneer in the design, production and support of innovative solutions in aerospace and defense.
