David Twillie

A four-year letterman and two-year starter at guard for VMI, David Twillie was a Battalion Commander in VMI’s Corps of Cadets and was awarded the ROTC Medal of the Association of the U.S. Army for leadership and achievement at Army ROTC summer camp. Ranked second among biology majors, he compiled a 3.55 GPA and was a two-time Academic All-American.  Twillie earned his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1990 and is currently a urologist at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell, Ky.
