A four-year letterman at Savannah State, center Roy Ellison paved the way for Casey Grigley to become the first 1,000-yard rusher in the school’s history. He graduated with a degree in computer science and is currently a voice engineer for AT&T. Ellison also serves as an NFL referee and was a member of the crew selected for Super Bowl XLIII. He was also part of the officiating crew for Super Bowl LII in February 2018.
