Washington & Jefferson wide receiver Robert Dombrowski helped the Presidents to three consecutive Presidents’ Athletic Conference titles from 1986-88. A two-time Academic All-District selection, he compiled a 3.37 GPA in biology. Dombrowski earned his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University (Ohio) and completed his surgical internship and residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Georgetown University. In 1998, he joined OrthoVirginia in Fairfax, Va., and has been voted a Top Doctor by Northern Virginia Magazine since 2011.
Dombrowski is a member of the Inova Health System Information Technology Committee, the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital Operating Room Committee, the OrthoVirginia Operating Room and Quality Management Committees and the School Liaison Committee of the Northern Virginia Medical Society. He is currently the team physician for Westfield High School (Va.) and has previously assisted with DC United and the 1999 Women's World Cup matches in Washington, D.C.
