The Widener (Pa.) team leader in passing in 1990 (1,994), Steve Cianci made plenty of plays in his career, ranking fifth in school history in single-game offensive plays (62), sixth in single-season offensive plays (430), eighth in single-game pass attempts (56) and 10th in single-season completions (153). He played for College Football Hall of Fame coach Bill Manlove. Compiling a 3.9 GPA, he graduated from Widener with a bachelor’s in finance in 1991 and his MBA in 1992. Cianci is currently the Senior Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at MacKay Shields LLC in the Greater New York City area.
