A four-year starter at offensive guard for Missouri, Mike Bedosky set a school record for most consecutive starts (42) and was a two-time All-Big 8 selection. Compiling a 3.06 GPA in interdisciplinary studies, he was named to the Academic All-Big 8 team. Bedosky was named the Missouri Player of the Year in 1993 and was a member of the Missouri 1990s All-Decade team. After receiving his master’s in education from Coppin State (Md.) and doctorate from Walden University (Minn.), Bedosky taught and coached in Ohio and Georgia, winning many Teacher of the Year and Who’s Who among American Teacher awards. In 2010, he became an assistant middle school football coach at Landmark Christian School in Fairburn, Ga. He is now the principal of Bay Springs Middle School in Villa Rica, Georgia.
