Boasting a 3.36 GPA as a pre-med student, John Hendricks was a regular on the Dean’s List at Iowa. He was a member of the Honor Society, ODK and the national leadership society. After attending medical school at Iowa, Hendricks completed his surgical residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and his surgical externship at Oxford University. He is now a surgeon at Scott & White Healthcare in Temple, Texas.
