Co-captain of the 1972 Dartmouth football team, Fred Radke earned All-Ivy League honors as a defensive end and helped the Big Green to their third consecutive Ivy League title. Dartmouth compiled a 25-2 record in Radke’s three seasons. Boasting a 3.9 GPA as a pre-med student, he was a regular on the Dean’s List and served as a teaching intern with Project Head Start and the Better Chance Program. Radke stayed at Dartmouth to earn his medical degree, and he completed his internship and residency at Maine Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Radke is a member of the medical staff at Maine Medical Center and Mercy Hospital, specializing in general surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.
