A three-year letterman under College Football Hall of Fame head coaches Bob Devaney and Tom Osborne, Frosty Anderson helped the Cornhuskers to a 31-4-2 record, three bowl victories, two Big 8 titles and a National Championship in 1971. Tied for the program record with three touchdowns in a single game, he caught 14 career touchdown passes and compiled 991 receiving yards. A 1973 All-Big 8 selection, he ranks fourth in program history in career receiving yards. Boasting a 3.4 GPA in business administration, Anderson was named a First Team Academic All-American in 1973. He served as chairman of the University Legal Rights Committee and vice president and treasurer of the Sigma Chi fraternity.

Over the last 30 years, Anderson has worked various positions within Morgan Stanley in Lincoln, Neb. He became a Certified Financial Planner in 2012. Anderson was inducted into the Nebraska Football Hall of Fame in 1994.
