Compiling a 3.5 GPA in biology at Alabama, Randy Hall was a two-time Academic All-American and Academic All-SEC selection. He made the Dean’s List five times, earned ODK and Phi Beta Kappa honors and received the NCAA Top V Award. Hall was a four-year starter at linebacker for the Crimson Tide and College Football Hall of Fame head coach Bear Bryant, leading the team to a 43-5 record, four SEC titles and four bowl appearances. He graduated from the UAB Medical School in 1979 and currently practices at Bay Medical Family Practice in Pensacola, Fla. He is the president of the University of Alabama Alumni, Pensacola Chapter. He was inducted into the Madison County (Ala.) Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003.
