A co-captain for the Navy Midshipmen under College Football Hall of Fame head coach George Welsh, Tim Harden also served as a brigade administrative officer and company commander in his junior and senior years. Ranked first in his class in aptitude, he maintained a 3.1 GPA in operations analysis and made the Merits List for four semesters, the Dean’s List for two semesters and the Superintendent’s List for one semester. Harden was also selected for the East-West Shrine Game.

In 2014, Harden retired as the President of Supply Chain and Fleet Operations for AT&T. Prior to that role, he was President and CEO of AT&T West. Harden started his career in the telecommunication industry for Pacific Bell in San Francisco and also held similar positions with Caterpillar Tractor Company and the U.S. Navy.

Harden is currently Chairman of the board at BeyondEdge Network. He was named a Distinguished American by the Northern California Chapter of the NFF in 2007.
