Boasting a 3.72 GPA in physics at North Carolina State, Darryl Jackson was a 1975 Academic All-American and Academic All-ACC selection. A four-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll, he made the Dean’s List every semester and received the Earle Edwards Award as the letterman with the highest GPA. Jackson served as president of the Golden Chain Society, a senior honorary which inducts only 12 seniors a year. He also belonged to Phi Eta Sigma, the physics honorary society. Under College Football Hall of Fame head coach Lou Holtz, the Wolfpack went 16-6-2 in Jackson’s two seasons, earning two bowl appearances.

He graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State and received his J.D. and MBA from the University of Virginia in 1980.

Jackson has heled many leadership positions including as COO at M.S. Carriers from 1991-94, associate partner at Accenture from 1995-98, partner at Deloitte Consulting from 1998-2001 and president and CEO of The John Harland Company from 2001-03. He founded Jackson Business Enterprises Inc., in 2005 and served as the company’s CEO until 2012.

Jackson has served as partner at Tech CXO, a strategic and functional consulting firm for tech companies in Atlanta, since November 2014. Jackson is also active in the community, having co-founded CEO Netweavers, a pay-it-forward organization of leaders who give back to business and the community.
