Kevin Fox was a three-year starter at offensive guard at Princeton under former NFF President Bob Casciola. Compiling a 3.7 GPA in psychology, he presented a paper on nerve regeneration at the National Convention of the Society of Neuroscience in Toronto in 1976. Fox served as a research assistant at the Squibb Institute in preparation for his thesis presentation. He also served as a math tutor for remedial algebra students and as a counselor for the United Church of Christ.

Fox earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and his fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the director of the Rena Rowan Breast Center in Philadelphia and has been recognized annually in Philadelphia Magazine's Top Docs issue from 2004 through 2015. Fox was also recognized by America's Top Doctors in 2007, 2008 and from 2010-14, and by Best Doctors in America from 2003-14. Fox is a member of the American Society of Breast Disease and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
