An ECAC All-East selection in 1976, Curtis Downs played two seasons as an offensive lineman at Army and was a member of the 7-4 Cadets that claimed the 1977 Commander in Chief’s Trophy.  He received team awards for highest GPA and best lineman. Boasting a 3.65 GPA in civil engineering, he made the Dean’s List every semester at West Point, while serving as Cadet Sergeant and Cadet Captain. In 1982, he earned his Master’s in Engineering Administration from George Washington University. Downs last served as Director of Business Development for HydroHoist Marine Group in Claremore, Okla.
