-The recipient of the 2015 Phi Beta Sigma State of Mississippi Academic Achievement Award is currently pursuing his master’s in education

-Second Team All-SEC in 2013 after ranking second in conference in interception return yards and currently tied for team lead with two interceptions

-Team captain and three-year starter led Bulldogs to three bowl games, including a berth in the 2014 Capital One Orange Bowl

-Member of MSU Football Leadership Committee and active with the Salvation Army and Fellowship of Christian Athletes

-The Ludlow, Miss., native is the fourth NFF National Scholar-Athlete from Mississippi State


-Signed with the Chicago Bears in 2016, had short stints with the Saints, Dolphins, and Falcons before being released in 2020
