Why:
Capture the emotion of the new College Football Hall of Famers as they express what it means to be recognized among the greatest coaches and players in the history of the game. Of the 5.33 million individuals who have played college football since Princeton first battled Rutgers on Nov. 6, 1869, only 1,214 champions of the gridiron (997 players and 217 coaches) have been immortalized in the Hall. In other words, only two one-hundredths of a percent (.02%) of those who have played the game have been deemed worthy of the honor.
