ATLANTA (September 24, 2019) – To celebrate the 150th anniversary of college football (CFB150), The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame is premiering a new digital content series: "Lessons from Legends." The five-episode series will share intimate interviews with College Football Hall of Fame inductees, featuring
Charles Alexander (LSU),
Tommie Frazier (Nebraska),
Dat Nguyen (Texas A&M),
Paul Palmer (Temple) and coach
Frank Beamer (Murray State, Virginia Tech).
"Lessons from Legends" will highlight some of college football's biggest plays, well-known players and coaches, and lessons learned on and off the field. The two-minute episodes will be distributed via the Hall's
Facebook,
Instagram,
Twitter and
YouTube channels.
Launching September 27, new episodes will be released every week through October 25, specifically:
Sept. 27: Coach Frank Beamer, Murray State, and Virginia Tech, Class of 2018
Coach Beamer shares his insights on the game, the lessons he imparted to his players, and the positive impact football has had on his family.
Oct. 4: Tommie Frazier, University of Nebraska, Class of 2013
Tommie knew he was going far from home when he agreed to play quarterback for the Huskers. He quickly learned that his team was his new family.
Oct. 11: Dat Nguyen, Texas A&M University, Class of 2017
The name Dat Nguyen means player, coach, and businessman. Some lessons from the field never go away and he knows the secret to motivating a team.
Oct. 18: Paul Palmer, Temple University, Class of 2018
Being the first College Football Hall of Fame inductee from Temple is no small feat. Paul is humbled by the honor.
Oct. 25: Charles Alexander, Louisiana State University, Class of 2012
