Biography

"Achievement" could be Jeremy Caudill's middle name. Ranked number one in his class, Jeremy graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Winner of The State of Kentucky Scholastic Achievement Honor Award, he also received the Reatherford Salyers Award as the outstanding senior student-athlete, the Presidential Award for Educational Excellence and accepted an invitation to participate in the prestigious University of Kentucky Merit Scholar Program.

His athletic achievements were equally outstanding. At 6-3, 305, Jeremy played both lineman and fullback and made All-Conference four times and All-State twice. He was named All-America by Parade, Street and Smith, Prep Senior and Super Prep Magazines. He also made the All-Southeast Region Dream Team. Weight lifting and track are his other sports and Jeremy holds three state records in bench press, dead lift and total combined weights.

A Kentucky Scholar, Jeremy was president of both the Science and Spanish Clubs and tutored physically and mentally challenged students. He was a four-year letterman at the University of Kentucky, was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll and participated in the Blue-Gray All-Star Game.

Caudill earned his master's in physician assistant studies from Kentucky and is currently a physician assistant at the Urgent Care Centers of Kentucky.
