NFF National High School Scholar-Athlete Award Recipients
Biography
As an offensive lineman at Eupora High School (Miss.), Jonathan Gibson earned all-state honors as a senior, all-district honors as a junior and senior, and he participated in the Mississippi High School Football All-Star Game and the Mississippi/Alabama Football All-Star Game. Gibson excelled in the classroom, attaining a 3.6 GPA and graduating with Special Honors. He was a member of Who’s Who in American High Schools, and he served as class president during his freshman, junior and senior years. Gibson was elected student body president in his senior year, and he was named an NFF Ole Miss Chapter Scholar-Athlete.
