National Football Foundation

One of the premier sporting events each year in the Boston area is the chapter's annual scholar-athlete dinner. From a large pool of over 225 schools, 33 exceptional young men are honored for the outstanding athletic and academic achievement. One is selected to address the banquet as a representative of the group to share his thoughts on how football has enriched his life.  In most cases more than 50% of the players will attend Ivy League colleges. Awards are also given for the Distinguished American and the Contributor to Amateur Football.

The chapter also sponsors a coaching clinic for high school and college coaches in the football building at Boston College.
