Southern Tier Chapter

The Southern Tier Chapter covers the northern tier of Pennsylvania with the southern tier of New York. The founding board is comprised of high school coaches, college coaches, youth coaches, a college president/retired air force general, business owners, a chaplain, college SID, college PR, and community members.
