Oklahoma Chapter

After merging with the University of Oklahoma's Touchdown Club in early 2005, the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Football Foundation has generated a great deal of excitement throughout the Sooner State. With chapter president Mike James at the helm, the chapter is able to take advantage of its resources and create great opportunities for amateur football in the state of Oklahoma.

Local football players and legends have supported the Oklahoma Chapter with 2004 Heisman-winner Jason White, College Football Hall of Famer Barry Switzer and Oklahoma Sooner running back Joe Washington all involved with the chapter. Each year, the chapter presents a the Merv Johnson Integrity in Coaching Award, named for the long-time coach and director of football operations at OU, Merv Johnson.
