Each NFF Scholar-Athlete of the Day is selected from the list of candidates for the 2014 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Awards, presented by Fidelity Investmentswhich also made up the list of semifinalists for the William V. Campbell Trophy, also presented by Fidelity. The 25th Campbell Trophy was awarded to Duke linebacker David Helton at the 57th NFF Annual Awards Dinner on Dec. 9, 2014.
